Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you serve?

Tampa, New Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Fish Hawk, Lithia, Apollo Beach, Ruskin and Sun City Center. Don't see your area listed? Call or text 813-446-5813 and let's see if we can cover your project.

How soon can you come out?

Usually within a few days. If you have an HOA deadline or need it done fast, call or text 813-446-5813 with the date and we'll do our best to fit you in. We're open 7 days a week, 7 AM to 7:30 PM.

How often will you mow my lawn?

Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-time cut. During Florida's growing season (about April through October), we recommend weekly or every other week.

Do you do one-time cleanups?

Yes. Overgrown beds, weeding, hedge trimming, fresh mulch, yard cleanups and junk hauling are all available as one-time jobs. No plan required.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Service is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

Will the same people come every time?

Yes. You'll see the same crew each visit, so we get to know your yard.

Will I know when you've been there?

Yes. We text before we arrive and send before-and-after photos when the job's done, so you know it's handled even if you're at work.

How do I get a price?

Request a free, no-pressure estimate on our Get a Quote page, or call or text 813-446-5813.

How can I pay?

Cash, check, credit or debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or a monthly invoice.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we're fully licensed and insured.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We care for businesses, rentals and HOA common areas.

My HOA sent me a violation letter. Can you help?

Yes. Our HOA Notice Fix handles overgrown hedges, weedy beds, ragged edging, thin mulch and stained driveways, and we send you before-and-after photos to forward to your HOA.

Do you pressure wash houses and pool decks?

Yes. We pressure wash house siding (great for green mildew on the shady side), pool decks, driveways and sidewalks.

Why is my St. Augustine grass turning yellow or brown?

The most common causes in Tampa Bay are not enough water (we're limited to one watering day a week through March 2027), chinch bugs, large patch fungus (round patches that show up when it cools below 80 degrees) and mowing too short. Chinch bug damage starts in hot, sunny spots near driveways and keeps spreading even after you water. See our St. Augustine lawn guide.

How short should St. Augustine be cut?

3½ to 4 inches for standard types like Floratam. Cutting lower stresses the grass and invites bugs and disease. We mow St. Augustine at this height with sharp blades.

Do you treat lawns for bugs or fungus?

No. We don't apply pesticides or fungicides. For chinch bugs or fungus, we recommend a licensed pest control company or the UF/IFAS Extension office in Hillsborough County. We'll let you know if we spot signs on your lawn while we're mowing.

Do you have a referral reward?

Yes! Get $5 off for every customer you recommend who hires us.
